Rental Boats, Motors and Other Watercraft

Reservations for boats require a 50% deposit
*Taxes, oil, gas and accessories are extra

Security deposit may be required for all boat and motor rentals from customers with no previous rental history.

All daily rentals are by the calendar day meaning from dawn to dusk.
Half days are dawn until 12:00 noon and 12:00 noon until dusk.

Laws in Ontario require that each person in a boat wear a properly fitting life jacket; a boat cushion will no longer be sufficient. Please bring a life jacket for each person who will be boating. Properly fitting life jackets are available to rent for rental boats, including adults, infants and small children.

Wharfage

Docking is included if you rent a boat and motor with your cottage

Weekly Hydro usage for boat Battery Chargers plugged into cabins: $10.00 flat rate.

Important:
Due to insurance, environmental, and safety concerns we ask that all guests not bring extra gas in portable jerry can containers. Gas and oil are available at our Marina facility at a very competitive price.

Launching

There is no charge to guests to launch their own boat or we will do it for you for $10.00 each way using our tractor. Non guests boat launching in and out is $10.00 for do it yourself, or we will do it for $12.00 each way.

Other Rentals

Lake Tours

Lake tours are offered (weather permitting), each Sunday afternoon. Duration of the tour is approximately 1½ hours. Maximum passengers is six, at a cost of $20 per adult, $10 per child 12 years and under (gas and taxes extra).

Get to know where you can find the best picnic spots, fishing hide-a-ways and other points of interest while you cruise along in the wilderness setting of Big Gull Lake.

Water skiing and Tubing

Also available to our customers is a water skiing and ski biscuit service. This service is available by appointment behind our operated 70 hp 18'6" Springbok Boat, at a cost of $50 per hour if you use your own equipment, or $70 per hour for the complete package (gas and taxes extra).
