Occupancy and Features of our 14 Lake Front Log Cottages

1 Bedroom — 2 adults (upon request we can accommodate 1-2 small children)
(single/double bunk bed, 1 pull out couch, 2 piece bathroom [toilet and sink])
Private shower house 50' from 1 bedroom cottage)

2 Bedroom — 4 people
Cottage #1 and #3 have 1 double bed in each bedroom.
Cottages #2,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 have 1 double bed in first room and a single/double bunk bed in second bedroom.
All 2 bedroom cottages have a pull out couch.
3 piece bathroom [toilet, sink and shower].

3 Bedroom Deluxe — 6 people (propane BBQ included)
first bedroom - 1 queen bed;
second bedroom - 1 single/double bunk bed;
third bedroom - 1 queen and 1 single bed;
3 piece bathroom [toilet, sink and shower].

4 Bedroom Executive — 8-10 people (propane BBQ included)
Master bedroom - 1 queen bed;
2 bedrooms - 2 double beds and 1 single bed each;
1 bedroom - double bed;
1 - 3 piece bathroom (toilet, sink, shower);
1 - 4 piece bathroom (toilet, sink, shower and bathtub)
Dockage for 2 boats included for 14 excutive cottage

Occupancy can only be modified upon management's approval.

Cottage Rentals - Weekly Rates

It is important for the comfort and safety of all our guests to avoid overcrowding and overuse of our facilities. Please limit your group to the number of persons listed for your cottage. If it is necessary to have 1 or 2 extra persons, please let us know in advance and the following charges will apply:

$35 per day for each extra adult ($129/week)
$25 per day for each extra child 10 years and under ($79/week)

Note: Municipal Garbage Fee included in cottage price.

Prime Fishing Weekend (2 nights minimum)
May 8 - June 20 — September 4 - October 11

Check in — Friday 3:00 p.m. - Check out — Sunday before 2:00 p.m.

$40 nightly per each extra adult
$30 per child 10 years and under

NO PET POLICY - NO exceptions please

Day Visitors:

To prevent overcrowding and additional strain on our infrastructure, all day visitors (relatives, friends and guests) will be charged $10.00 per adult and $6.00 per child under 12 years per day or part day. Please register your guests at the store/office before their arrival.

• Auto and boat trailer parking for day visitors is $6.00 per day or part day
• Boat docking for visitors is $12.00 per day or part day
• Boat Launching for day visitors is $16.00 in and out or we will do it for you for $24.00

Day visitor check-out time — 11:00 p.m.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation on a reservation is necessary, deposits are refundable only if and when the cottage cancelled has been rebooked. A $100 administration fee will apply. If 90 days or less notification of cancellation is given by a customer, the cottage or special package rental Balance owing is due and payable in full including taxes.

Please note: When booking a cottage by telephone and giving us you credit card number with expiry date, you are verbally authorizing Camp's Bay to debt your credit card and you agree to our terms and security code and conditions for our Deposit and Cancellation policy.

• $350 per week deposit on 1 & 2 bedroom cottage rentals
• $500 per week deposit on 3 bedroom deluxe cottage rentals
• $1000 per week deposit on 4 bedroom executive cottage rentals
  
  
• Linen - $20/bed per week
• Towels - $15/person (2 towels and 2 face clothes) per week
• M/C or Visa signed imprint required upon check-in

Check out: before 10:00 a.m. Saturday

* $50 early check-in and late check out charge will apply

Things to Bring:

• properly fitting life jackets (available for rent)
• sheets, pillowcases (mandatory on all beds)
• towels, dish soap, dishcloths, tea towels, paper towels
• toiletries
• flashlight, camera, radio
• personal effects
• groceries
• toilet paper (white single ply only, if possible)
• Kleenex.

NOTE:
Sheets or sleeping bags AND pillowcases MUST be used on all beds, otherwise a $30 linen cleaning charge, per bed, will be applied to your Visa or M/C.

Account Settlement

Preferred method of payment is cash, debit or cheques. (Previous cheque cashing history required - no history, cheques must be received and cashed 30 days prior to arrival.) 3% convenience charge on all other forms of payment. Fair exchange on U.S. currency is based on current exchange rates (less administration costs).
