Occupancy and Features

1 Bedroom — 2 adults and 1-2 children
(single/double bunk bed, 1 pull out couch, 2 piece bathroom [toilet and sink])

2 Bedroom — 4 people
(1 double bed in each room, 1 pull out couch, 3 piece bathroom [toilet, sink and shower]). Cottages #2,6,8,9,10 have a single/double bunk bed in second bedroom.

3 Bedroom Deluxe — 6 people
(1 bedroom - 1 queen bed; second bedroom - 1 single/double bunk bed; third bedroom - 1 queen and 1 single bed; 3 piece bathroom [toilet, sink and shower])

4 Bedroom Executive — maximum 10 people or 2 families
(Master bedroom - 1 queen bed; second bedroom - 2 single/double bunk beds; third bedroom - single/double bunk bed; fourth bedroom - 1 queen bed; [1 1/2 bath])

Occupancy can only be modified upon management's approval.

Cottage Rentals - Weekly Rates

It is important for the comfort and safety of all our guests to avoid overcrowding and overuse of our facilities. Please limit your group to the number of persons listed for your cottage. If it is necessary to have 1 or 2 extra persons, please let us know in advance and the following charges will apply:

$26 per day for each extra adult ($125/week)
$19 per day for each extra child 10 years and under ($79/week)

Note: Municipal Garbage Fee included in cottage price.

Prime Fishing Weekend (2 nights minimum)
Available up to mid June and after August 30th

Check in — Friday 3:00 pm - Check out — Sunday before 3:00 pm

$34 nightly per each extra adult
$26 per child 10 years and under

NO PET POLICY - NO exceptions please

Day Visitors:

To prevent overcrowding and additional strain on our infrastructure, all day visitors (relatives, friends and guests) will be charged $10.00 per adult and $6.00 per child under 12 years per day or part day. Please register your guests at the store/office before their arrival.

• Auto and boat trailer parking for day visitors is $5.00 per day or part day
• Boat docking for visitors is $12.00 per day or part day
• Boat Launching for day visitors is $10.00 in and out or we will do it for you for $24.00

Day visitor check-out time — 11:00 pm

Deposit and Cancellation Policy:

If a cancellation on a reservation is necessary, deposits are refundable only if and when the cottage cancelled has been rebooked. A $50 administration fee will apply. If 90 days or less notification of cancellation is given by a customer, the cottage Balance owing is due and payable in full including taxes.

Please note: When booking a cottage by telephone and giving us you credit card number with expiry date, you are verbally authorizing Camp's Bay to debt your credit card and you agree to our terms and conditions for our Deposit and Cancellation policy.

• $200 per week deposit on 1 & 2 bedroom cottage rentals
• $300 per week deposit on 3 bedroom deluxe cottage rentals
• $500 per week deposit on 4 bedroom executive cottage rentals
  
  
• Linen - $20/bed per week
• Towels - $15/person (2 towels and 2 faceclothes) per week
• M/C or Visa signed imprint required upon check-in

Check out: before 11:00 am Saturday

* $50 early check-in and late check out charge will apply

Things to Bring:

• properly fitting life jackets (available for rent)
• sheets, pillowcases (manditory on all beds)
• towels, dish soap, dishcloths, tea towels, paper towels
• toiletries
• flashlight, camera, radio
• personal effects
• groceries
• toilet paper (white single ply only, please).

NOTE:
Sheets or sleeping bags AND pillowcases MUST be used on all beds, otherwise a $30 linen cleaning charge, per bed, will be applied to your Visa or M/C.

Account Settlement

When settling accounts, Camp's Bay accepts Visa, MasterCard, interac or cash. Personal cheques require previous credit history. Fair exchange on U.S. currency is based on current exchange rates (less administration costs).

Taxes are extra on all rentals and prices are in Canadian Funds.
